Shipping & Returns Policy

Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET Monday through Friday ship the same day from our U.S. fulfillment center.

Insured Shipping & Free Shipping at $200+

Standard insured 2nd Day Air shipping is $12 and is free on orders whose product total, after discounts and before shipping, is $200 or more. Shipping is shown in full before order placement. Orders after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. Express Overnight is available at checkout for $60 and is charged in full on every order; free shipping (by order total or coupon) covers standard shipping only.

Returns & Quality Replacements

Because vials that leave the facility cannot be restocked, returns are limited. If a shipment arrives damaged or fails to match the published COA specification, support can arrange a quality replacement after review.

Carrier Delays & Delivery Confirmation

Carrier transit times and delivery estimates are outside Nura Peptide’s control. Customers should confirm their delivery address before ordering and contact the carrier promptly if a package is delayed or marked delivered.

Chargebacks & Refunds

Please contact support before initiating a chargeback. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after review; original shipping charges are not refundable except where required by law or a verified fulfillment error applies.
